Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of Block Network.
1. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App for lawful personal firewall control of apps on your device.
2. Nature of service
Block Network is a free local firewall using Android’s VPN API. It does not provide anonymity VPN or encryption to a remote provider. Block lists, presets, schedules, and optional cloud sync (when you create an account) are available without a paid subscription.
3. Accounts
If you register an account, you are responsible for credentials. You may delete your account in Settings; deletion removes cloud sync data associated with that account when the deletion flow completes successfully.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to: violate law; unlawfully intercept communications; harm others; or circumvent controls you are not authorized to manage (for example school or work devices without permission).
5. Accessibility feature
The optional Accessibility service is not an assistive product for disabilities. You may disable it anytime. The core firewall operates via VPN without Accessibility.
6. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted blocking, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost data/profits arising from use of the App.
8. Changes & termination
We may update the App or these Terms. You may stop using the App by uninstalling it and/or deleting your account.
9. Governing law
Governed by the laws applicable in the publisher’s principal place of business, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
10. Contact
Use the developer contact on the Play Store listing.
